- Fee Structure: Our fee structure varies depending on the services provided. Fees will be clearly outlined in your agreement with Fixity Consultant. Payment terms must be adhered to as agreed upon.
- Refund Policy: Refunds may be provided in certain circumstances, such as failure to deliver agreed-upon services. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Limitation of Liability: Fixity Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
- Intellectual Property: All content provided by Fixity Consultant, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Fixity Consultant and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
